I grumble about ebook sales, yet it's actually a more nefarious tale. (It's not terribly nefarious - I just jumped at the chance to use that word.) I burbled here about using eReaderIQ, but since I'm the one that entered all the books into the system, technically the email updates on sale prices are sort of from myself. So I'm the one tempting myself! This makes my attempts at having a guilt fest (I should really be buying Xmas gifts for others) way too successful because I can't really shift any of the blame. So while I struggle with the weirdness of that (and also secretly delight in having new books that I still don't have time to read - yet, but also don't have to worry about packing, yay!), here's what I ended up getting today.
All prices on Amazon US - each of these $1.99. (For more info click the jpgs of the book, which should also link to Amazon.)
And remember, if it's on sale at Amazon there's a high likelihood that other online booksellers are going to price match, so do some searching!
It is SO damn hard to say no to a $2 book. Which is why this portion of the post is indeed nefarious - because now I'm tempting you with the sales!
